I am soooo looking forward to his new compilation and his artist album as well. His recent sets and interviews announce a real revival of his old school trance sound which would be a massive breath of fresh air in that particular scene :)
 
05. David Barnes: Charlie The Fisher
Nice, chunky, hypnotic, techy tracks with a great lead melody. Not an anthem as such but holds enormous potential (with this melody) to be a more anthemic track. But does every track need to be an anthem? Surely not. Also one of the best Coldharbour releases in a long time.

Same here. His ASOT500 set was already showing some great potential with the more psy influenced tracks in there. And even if it wasn't his best effort ever it was still sounding fresh in middle of lots of similar sounding sets.
