I thought I smelled some filterheadz. hehehehhe
04. Filterheadz: The Game
Now the set takes a housey side turn for a while. Filterheadz used to be one of my fave producers in the early 2000s but then seemed to disappear for years only to reincarnate recently with some superb tech house and techno. 'The Game' sounds pretty much like 'Yimanya' of 2013 but when it's this good I don't mindThis is also one of those very versatile tracks suiting many sets and floors. I first heard this in Umek's set when I was opening for him in Helsinki late last year. Excellent feel good party track!

Thanks! Perhaps the "journey" thinking isn't so trendy at the moment (in the current times of 60 min hit megamix festival sets), but to me that "journey" is in the essence of The Art Of DJing![]()

__You sir are truly a Champ. Never fail to introduce you to all my peers as probably the most underrated Producer cum DJ. Your mixes never ever disappoint. Cheers =)

Polarbear it's good to see you still around here.

05. Paul Thomas & Jerome Isma-Ae: The Age of Tomorrow (Owen Smith Mashup)
Another proper party track which has been working very well recently. Owen Smith takes the breakdown of 'Age of Love' and combines that very nicely with Paul Thomas & Jerome Isma-ae's 'Tomorrow'. I still remember vividly when hearing the Jam & Spoon remix of 'Age of Love' for the first time in autumn 1992 (played by DJ Ender at our illegal allnight rave) and being completely blown away with it. I think that it still holds the #1 position on my alltime Top 10 list as well.

ohh its a progressive show i'm listening to tech trance from brian flinn now, I'll catch another show
happy 50+ episodes Orkidea!
