I know what you mean, I'm stuck with MS too just for the music apps. Live for Linux would be great and Sonar. But running them virtually is bad and causes probs. Still no reason to go the Mac route, so many freebees you're missing out on that are simply not written for Mac.
But thats personal preference and philosophy.

Oh thanx wailo I have the software in the house somewhere, the question is where. I never throw anything out like that so its here. But even if I had it i don't think I could get it to work because the machine wont start up properly. It just switch's its self off. Anyway i'm using this one now, so its not so bad. I'm not very good with anything technical. I leave it to my son but he's not here right now. But thanx anyway. I appreciate it:grinning:
