I think it's nearly impossible to be happy, healthy and "media" ideal. As a male, you're more likely to be happy, healthy andunder-muscled and over-gutted. As a female, you're always going to be too heavy and under-proportioned, either in cup size or in waist-to-hip ratio.

For both gender might as well just pick a sustainable weight and go make some close friends instead of constantly comparing yourself to images that are faked to begin with.

i understand your point but isnt it bit easier for a woman todays world still in generally looking? before u had to stay in "between fist and stove" if marriage wasnt happy.... there wasnt way out of it? atleast u have that chance now. I think thats good for women who are living in that kind of life.

but yes rates are rising and thats sad... it has become easier to divorse but i still dont think ppl are divorsing just for fun.

human beings (and esp. men:P) are greedy... The are never happy with what they have, they keep asking for more and more and more...

We have to be good (house)wives, good mothers, great in bed, successful, attractive, funny etc... and YOU only have to shave :lol: :lol: :lol:
