Very nice work, I think this is such a cool solution to one click listen to the station, but how come it doesn' show up in my task bar?

Cheers The taskbar button was removed by request, if you want to bring the player to the foreground you can double click the system tray icon, this is also used as a visual marker to what is currently playing via balloon tips. :grinning:

.NET Applications require that this is installed otherwise it is impossible for them to work.

when i tried installing it, a message said that i'll need 3.0.

Can you please post a screenshot of the error message? The application is not written in .net 3.0.

Great stuff, I'm glad you like it I'm going to be releasing a new version possibly in an hour or so with some cool new features, including the quality selection.

I've almost finished adding the Callendar section to the radio player now. When you first open it it will jump to the current day / set. You can then scan through the previous and next weeks events.

Unfortunately there appears to be a minor bug with ah.fm now, when logged out and on the callendar page it says "All times are GMT -4" for me, when they aren't they are '-5', does anyone else notice this behaviour?

like for example if a server is down, i can still load a form that allows me to choose another server?

Hi tab!,

I can add the ability to select any AH.FM server no problems. The way it currently works is it pings each server available for the quality that you desire, then uses the quickest one. If you find you are having connection problems, right click and select "Reset Server Cache", that will cause the servers to be repinged and best one recalculated.

Only thing that I can't do to this is add a manual input of a server, as that would mean that it could be used for any shoutcast stream, this player will only be available to ah.fm as it's the best!

I''ve almost finished adding event reminders to the application now so you can double click on an event that you want to be reminded of and have a popup appear when the show starts. I'm also adding the ability so that any event can be added via an URL so ah.fm djs can put a link into their signatures to add an event for their show automatically, if they so wish of course
