yes in mp3 format, just in CBR as opposed to VBR (usually given as an option when encoding), and if it is not 44.1 kHz the stream can skip.

Mirrorcreator - Upload files to multiple file sharing sites or Multiupload.com - upload your files to multiple file hosting sites!
