only to encourage you to buy the food again, getting disposed of what you have, unused the company want to sell only, does not care of your money nor waste of food.

And btw the cooling in a fridge never hurrts food afaik only is that liquids can get harder, more stiff, less likely to spread as substances grow thicker often when cold. An hour outside the fridge before consuming is so easy.
