Since the forum is quite, I have a question and need cat advise to give me some insights,
I am thinking of installing Linux Ubentu in parallel with Windows XP, any ideas, thoughts you can give me to start with?

About installing Windows XP and Ubuntu : install XP first - and leave some space free for Ubuntu. Data which should be accessible for both operating systems could best be put on a simple FAT partition :smile:

1 resize current partition
2 create new logical fat32 drive in extended partition
3 install linux on to that new partition

and there are more ways to install Linux next to Windows ! :smile: The modern Linux distro's are pretty flexible, luckily

I had Corn Flakes with warm milk 


1 resize current partition
