i have heard you can kind of train your bladder, the problem ppl have is they pee but there bladder isnt full, which is bad i hear, cant remember exactly! i see in his set video's he doesnt drink tonnes of fluid either!

Im trying to figure out how you train the bladder...does it require me going to the gym???
