05. Ned Shepard: A Fine Balance (Jerome Isma-Ae Remix)
Sultan and Ned Shepard are some of my fave prog house producers and here Mr.Shepard is getting remix treatment from the ever reliable Jerome Isma-ae. Can you go wrong with that combo..? No I don't think so either:) Jerome delivers here a slightly more melodic and summery-feel-goody remix with a fantastic piano led breakdown. I have some big warm up gigs for Gareth Emery and Above & Beyond coming up this autumn and this type of stuff is perfect for those occasions. Or equally well this could be end-of-night-anthem for a progressive house night.

This sounds very well and immediately the number of listeners is climbing :)

AH should add more proggy sets/dj's to their roster.

Definitely.

06. Ayla: Ayla 2010 (Jerome Isma-Ae Remix)
There's been couple times (with Radio Unity) a situation with two or even three great Isma-ae tracks to play but this time they were too good to ignore:) Here Ayla's 1997 uplifting trance classic is nicely brought into the 21st century. This is again a track which suits many different sets and works as a nice bridge from proggy stuff into more trancey territory.

Masterpiece!:music:

It does take quite a bit of time but I still wouldn't call it hard work;)

Still I admire it and I am glad that I "found" you during last EOYC when listening this massive massive legendary set :bravo:

Before I never heard something about you... UNFORTUNATELY :)

Yor sets are like a massage for my ears in between the loads of Uplifting stuff:mask:

Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooosebumps !!

Yeah. Uplifting style has gotten really boring. More sets like this please :)

Like I said before...

uplifting is just not the same... or better yet, MORE of the same.
Don't get me wrong, I don't mind listening to some uplifting and of course you always need uplifting when you're at a show.

But techy/progressive stuff is just a lot more sophisticated and it has taken over.

Uplifting just doesn't cut it anymore.
