Ohhh you should have seen him here in Delft (NL)!:) He was playing really really good! Ticon - 1987:):):choon:

Not only there

10/2008 Orkidea was in Germany in Mannheim , not so far away from Aitutaki´s home :music:

Funny night!! :bravo:

I fail to find equal words that could describe epicness of this mix. I give up.

07. Markus Schulz: Perception (Dub Mix)
The original 'Perception' by Cass & Slide was Sasha at his tranciest and one of the many highlights of his timeless Global Underground Ibiza compilation back in 1999. If there is anyone who likes trance an hasn't checked this CD out I highly recommend it! GU 013 and Sasha & Digweed's Northern Exposure are what UK trance is all based on and timeless pieces of electronica both. Markus brings back some old school memories with this great update. I really like the slightly "ravey" driving bassline.

Hey guys, tuned in here as well but my gf is over so we are enjoying this epic episode on the sofa today :friends:

Yeah. Uplifting style has gotten really boring. More sets like this please :)

Not in general though, there a couple of MASSIVE MASSIVE uplifting shows here..for example Spain Trance Connection :super:

But this Ayla track before...a shame I couldn't ID it right away...soooo well known too me!!

Still don't know why people like Tandu (Ayla) , Ferry Corsten and others decide to make a remake of their masterpieces??

My opinion once again: Leave the Classics UNTOUCHED, especially if they get changed like this Ayla track..from melodic to more progressive...

I believe, that music gets stuck if (classic) tracks get remixed and remixed again...where is the creativity to make new future Classics??

Sorry for being a bit off topic, just my opinion :) :friends:

South African Protoculture is definitely a good candidate for "Breakthrough Producer of 2010" in the OrkiAwards:) His tracks combine nicely psy-trance sounds and basslines with very melodic hooks and crystal clear production. His recent album and guest mix for J00F's radio show are good places to start checking out if you're not familiar with him.

Didn't like Markus Schulz version at all really.

Hey Tapio, I always enjoy seeing and hearing you play. I think you know that, so pls don't take this the wrong way. You're a talented chef for many different styles.. so why not serve us more different styles on your monthly show?

It's one of the things I liked so much about your older Radio Unity sets; though trance is my most favorite EDM genre, I liked that you'd play us a chill out / psy trance / house set(if i remember correctly?) from time to time. Because besides playing good music to us, it felt like you were also trying to educate us on EDM.
