Ok people. I did check out all the sets of the contest. The results are send to Jelly and Dan and I am sure they will announce the results soon.

Maybe a little word of explenation how I rated the sets. I gave a score (out of 10) to 4 different aspects, so every sets received a score out of 40. My original idea was 5 different aspects but I decided to delete "track selection" as it would not be fair to judge people on their taste of trance (psy, progressive, uplifting and tech).

Some things I remember about this contest:

1) I have to congratulate all of you! The standard was very high this year and almost every mix was good / very good!! That also means it was very hard to judge them all and the difference between many sets were details!! So that might mean we could have a surprising result in the end (f.e. the difference between the best set and the 15th best set is 2 points out of 40).

2) A lot of uplifting this year!! Not too many progressive and now and then some psy or a Megamix.

3) If I can give 1 remark (and I give this to help you all out) is that some of you rushed the transitions just to put 1 or 2 more tracks in the set. In my opinion it is better to have 1 / 2 tracks less but smooth and amazing transitions then to rush it a bit.

I will not put the whole result online, but if you want to receive some feedback from me, just send me a private message and I'll try to answer you asap (not all at the same time please )

Again, congratulations to the winners and congratulations to all the others as well, as you did a really good job!!
